Part 6 Telling Mom Im pregnant

              It was Friday and school was almost out, I couldn't wait to go home because this baby is 

making me hungry, I cant hide it any more. This was also the day I decided to tell my mom about

 this beautiful growing baby  inside of my belly. I never been so nervous in my life to tell my mom

 something, but this wasn't just something , this was a baby. From the morning to the end of 

school me and my best friend was talking about how is a good way to tell my mom I'm having a

 baby. My best friend said to wait until she take a shower and start watching tv relaxing because 

that will make her reaction a lot calmer (I hope) but I'm still scared. You know what fuck it, I want

 and is having this baby so my mom have no choice but to accept it. When me and my best friend

 was walking to my house , I told her she can go home because I wanted to be alone with my 

mom when I told her the news, she understood and went home like I asked her. It seem like the 

closer I get to telling my mom the more I feel sick. I kept this secret long enough. No one was 

home yet which was great because I can practice the lines my best friend gave me to say. This 

shit better work because I have nothing else in mind. Before I knew it time went by fast and 

mom , stepdad and my little sister came home. Soon as I seen them I had to say it.

Me: "mom I have to talk to you about something"

Mom: "I'm listening baby but I'm also about to cook so come in the kitchen"

Me:" remember last year when you said If I get pregnant to tell you before I tell anyone else"

She stop moving and just looked at me up and down , shaking her head because she knew what 

I was getting at.

Mom: "so you mean to tell me your pregnant" 

Me: "yes"

Mom: "how many months are you?" 

Me: " 4"

She start looking at my stomach and she put her hands on her head in confusion.

Mom: "so all them times you was throwing up it wasn't because you ate something bad, it was 

because you pregnant"

I seen it in my mom eyes that she wanted to kill me but she was holding it in very well.

Me: "mom I'm so sorry to disappoint you but I'm keeping this baby because I love it already."

Mom: "I wasn't going to tell you to kill it Kia. I just need to take you to the doctor so we can see 

what it is"

Wow! That reaction blow me away when my mom said that.

Mom: "who is the father and invite I'm over tonight."
