Hello! I am on my way to the beach, so why not update? Also, thanks to all of my readers, you guys keep this story running! 👍
Now, without further ado, the story...

I walk into school and am immediately swarmed by my one and only best friend, Christina. Christina is a lot different from me appearance wise, she has a Carmel complexion and is tall, something I've always wanted to be. Although we look different, we are so much alike that it's scary sometimes. We talk for a while, then got to our first class (which is my favorite), World History. I love this class for many reasons, History is really lit because my friends are all in there, and I have one of the best teachers ever, Mr. Small. My other friends are Marlene, Shauna, Lynn, (Lynn and Shauna are sisters), then there's Zeke and Uriah who are also siblings, and Four. We have all been friends since middle school, so we were really hype when we found out we had history together.
Sadly, World History goes way too fast, and it's time to go to Science. This is the one class I have with Caleb, because it is an AP honors class. The good thing about Science means that after this I only have two academic classes left, Language Arts and Math. Math is an Pre AP honors class, meaning that I am the step below Caleb, but a step above my friends... It's weird.
Before I know, the day is over and it's time for Cross Country. The girls all run with me, and all of the boys (expect for Caleb) are on the Football team. We almost had to force Lynn to run with us because our meets are anywhere for 3 1/2 to 4 miles.
I change into a pair of black nike shorts and a black nike sports bra, wearing of course Nike running shoes. I switch out legs, setting my regular leg aside, and put on my running blade. I then run out to my car to put up leg and grab my 2016 State Championship shirt. That was one of my best meets, I beat the all time record for four miles, finishing in a mere 17 minutes and 54 seconds. It was also when I was awarded my scholarship to Chicago State, for both academic and athletic, where I am going to study to be a prosthetist, or a maker of artificial limbs. I quickly run back into the locker room and find Christina, so we can read what workout coach has for the Varsity team. It says:
VARSITY WORKOUT : On the track:
800 half mile warmup (2 laps)
1600 Hard mile (4 laps)
1600 Hard mile (4 laps)
1600 Hard mile (4 laps)
1600 Hard mile (4 laps)
After this, runners can check in with me and then go home. Please note that you are running a total of 18 laps. I expect your best, run at race pace.
-Coach Amar
Christina and I groan as we go out to the track to get ready for touter. This is practice, why the fudge does he want us to run 16 laps at "race pace"? After running the warmup, Christina and I start sprinting the first lap, jog 2 laps, sprint another. We do that four freakin' times, then we are finally done. After checking in with Amar, we go to our cars so we can finally go home. Turn up
