All of my family members happily greets me the moment they saw me. our table are located privately at the corner of the restaurant inside the glass room for VVIP

 we're likely becoming the center of the attention for the night as people non-stop stealing glance towards us because of my cousin who is a well-known model for Gucci and on top of that she looks stunning tonight

"how was Manchester? good?" my grandpa asks me after I settled down on my seat

"I can't really tell cause I've lived there for 7 years"

he chuckles and started to ask something that I don't really like

"what's your GPA for the last semester?"

before I can answer that question, a kid name Park Jimin kindly helped me to answer it

"her GPA was 3.97. she's not concentrating that much during the class" Jimin stucks out his tongue to said that I'm so doomed

my grandfather is very strict about the academy and sometimes I'm so sick about it

I kick Jimin's leg on the perfect spot where you won't feel anything other than pain that made him jump a bit from his chair and whining

my grandpa gives me a concern looks and started to say something that I can hardly believe coming out from his mouth

"its okay honey, you already give it at your best. don't push yourself too hard, you might be stress"

Jimin looks at him in disbelief and started to protest that he should be treated the same way

"grandpa, you scold me-"

"my lovely Jimin, that's because you know nothing but play around. luckily, you still manage to get a good result" grandpa sighs

I mock him back by doing the same exact thing he did just now and laugh

"is there anything that you want since your birthday is yesterday?"

without any hesitation, I said "I want a car"

Jimin shows me his disbelief face and opens his mouth, "You already have a bunch of luxurious car at your house yet you want it more" he laughs and rolls his eyes in annoyance

"for your information Park Jimin, that luxurious car that you're talking about is not mine"

we're so into arguing until grandma tap my shoulder to get my attention

"do you know that your parents are setting you up with the son of one of their business partner?"

"seriously?! when? what? how...." I was about to call my mom then my grandma hold my hand

"you know, lately both of them have been stressing out a lot. you should discuss with them once they're back. I don't think that now is the good time to call them honey"

"yeah, you're right but still, they should let me know about this kind of matter" I sigh not knowing if I should be mad or let it go

he walks back and forth inside his office while biting his nail, waiting for the person he's reaching out through the phone call to answer

he's beyond mad with his dad who just arranged a marriage for him without even bothers to ask him first

in fact that he's a playboy who keeps changing his girlfriend just like how he changes his shirt every day

all he wants to do is enjoying his life first cause his life motto is 'YOLO' and when the right time has come, he will start to think about marriage

but all of his plans were ruined by his dad 

"I'm going to make that girl suffered and regret marrying me" he thoughts while clenching his fist

meanwhile,

"my daughter had safely arrived," Haejin's dad said

"Good to hear that. I already told Taehyung about the marriage. he seems fine with it, so I hope that Haejin will be okay too" Taehyung's dad said and sipping on his coffee

"well, of course, she is"

they chat for a little bit longer while enjoying their coffee and get up to shake each other hands

"We shall have a meeting with our family. what about Friday?"

and then Haejin's dad nods his head and leave the cafe

currently, both Haejin and Taehyung parents were on a business trip at France

"slave, send me home" Haejin drunkly pat Jimin's hair again

"for the I don't know how many times, stop touching my precious hair and don't call me that" he grabs her wrist

"it's too soft, I can't handle it. besides that, you're my puppy" she grins

"I'm, not a pet okay, I'm not" he rolls his eyes

they sure fight a lot, but they will say sorry but then fight back

Jimin drove his car in speed since he's super tired.

he just comes back from his workplace and needs to go straight to the airport to fetch Haejin

because of that, Haejin offers him to sleepover at her house since tomorrow is a weekday

besides that it has been a long time since the last time Jimin comes to her house, they sure have a lot to catch up
