Vegito X Blake Belladonna

Chapter 6

                        Vegito's POV

I woke up in the middle of the night again, not because of a bad dream, but because my body woke me up for some reason, I looked around the room and noticed that Ruby was not in her bed, so I got up and opened the door to the dorm and she was standing there talking to Jaune about something

                 POV change Ruby

As Jaune and I were talking, he suddenly put his back against the wall and slid down to were he was now sitting on his butt

Jaune: I'm a failure

Ruby: Nope

Jaune: Nope?

Ruby: Nope, you're a leader now Jaune, you're not allowed to be a failure

Jaune: But, what if I'm a failure at being a leader?

Ruby: Hmm, nope

Jaune: *giggles* You know, you're not the easiest person to talk to about this kind of stuff

I walked over to Jaune and sat down next to him before continuing our conversation

Ruby: Nope, look Jaune, maybe you were a failure when we first met, you might have been a failure when you were a kid...

The whole time I said those things, I noticed he started to feel worse and worse about himself

Ruby: But you can't be one now, you have a team now, we both do, and if we fail, we'll just be bringing them down with us, your team needs a great leader Jaune, and I think that can be you, have a good night Jaune

I stood up and walked back into my dorm room and when I did, I saw Vegito siting on the edge of his bed, looking out our dorm window

Ruby: Umm, Vegito, why are you still awake? You should be resting

Vegito: I heard you conversation with Jaune, that was well put Ruby, Ozpin did in deed make a wise choice putting you in charge of this team, and I think you might have given Jaune the push he needed

Ruby: Thanks Vegito, wait, what do you mean push?

Vegito: You'll see tomorrow, now get some sleep Ruby, you're still young so you'll need rest

Ruby: Alright, good night Vegito

I walked over to and laid down on my bed and quickly went to sleep while thinking about what Vegito meant

                POV change Vegito

After Ruby went to sleep, I was about to as well until my exceptional hearing heard something from outside the dorm, it sounded like Cardin, so I got up and leaned against the dorm wall

Recording: Hey, it's your buddy Cardin, I know you're probably busying with that project I gave you buuut I'm gonna need you to go out and get me a bag of Rapier wasps

Jaune: *gasp*

Recording: Oh and make sure they're the extra stingy kind, it's important so don't screw this up, bye

Jaune: *groan*

Vegito(In head): What did I say would happen to you Cardin if I ever caught you doing this again, oh man am I gonna have fun tomorrow, but first I should talk to Jaune

I walked out of the dorm room and quickly ran after Jaune hoping he would be in a good enough mood to talk

Vegito: Jaune wait up!

Jaune: Oh, hey Vegito, what's up?

Vegito: Alright, what does Cardin have on you right now that he's turned you into his errand boy?
