i woke up to the ring of our doorbell. i was concerned as to who would be here so early. i threw on a shirt and called that 'good enough.'
i opened the door and there was mackenzie, looking at me with her cute brown eyes.. oh hey kenzie.." i said nervously. she replied "hey.."
"what's up?" i ask. "i'm not here for you," she said, giggling slightly. oh, i thought to myself.
i heard footsteps, which then became visible behind me and they belonged to lauren. lauren ran up to mackenzie and hugged her.
"ready to have the best sleepover ever?" lauren asked determined. kenzie nodded, excited. i walked away, leaving the two of them.
wait a minute... kenz is sleeping over!
