She stood on the mountain top and looked down. The gorge was deeper than her soul. Slowly she backed away as courage failed her. This is the path she had chosen now she cannot go back neither can she carry the burden of his love with her. She turned away and started to walk towards the cottage. Her path was not same as his. It can never be.

He stood on the parapet of the balcony and looked at the setting sun. Nothing is the same anymore: he was not same anymore. She had branded him with her love yet had taken it away when he willing wanted to belong to her. He clasped the paper in his hand and felt anger ebbing in. Can their paths never be the same?

This is not a love story. This is a story of what love does to you and the power it has to overcome everything.
