Chapter 11

Meanwhile back in Sloth's cave, George slowly awoke to see that his surroundings have changed. "Huh?.. Where am I?." He mumbled.

"My master's home, you two trespassed so I brought you to him."

Looking up, George was shocked to see who kidnapped him. "Stu?!.. No, not on his own accord.. He must have been hypnotized.."

Carrying his former bandmate deeper into the cave, Stu plopped him down onto a bed made of snow. "Master, I have found humans."

George then saw what looked like a goat and sloth hybrid. "So this must be Sloth." He thought.

"And right you are George." Sloth replied. "And it seems like I have yet to capture your little friend."

"I knew it! Your influence has effected John and now he's too lazy to do anything!" George snarled.

"Very smart, but not strong enough to resist my influence. You know you just want to sit back and let things go by. You must be very tired from all that flying around. I have a very nice, cozy bed for you and your friends."

"N... No.. I won't be like John.. I.. I'm.. Not.. Tired.." George whimpered, trying to keep himself from falling asleep. "John needs me.. Paul and Ringo too..."

"Oh those things can wait, what you really need is a nice long nap. Hard work deserves relaxation, and you have worked so very hard for many days."

"I... I.. I think I can rest a while..." George moaned, finally succumbing to Sloth's influence.

"That's a good human. Now it's time to get the other one."

"But what will you do afterwards master? I'm not sure if any other human will arrive here."

"Oh who cares? The other six sins are having their fun in their respective continents and I chose this place so then I won't have to do so much work having to watch over everything."

"....... I don't understand your motives sometimes."

"Yeah oh well. Anyways, get back to work and find the other humans!"

Meanwhile back at the cave, Ringo was busy making sure that he and John kept their small fire going so they could keep warm as they waited for their friends to return.

"Sure is taking a while.. Hope they didn't get influenced as well." Ringo thought. "Just wish there was some way to get John up and moving.."

Then a crazy idea popped into his mind. "I know! Our kids! John told me he'd do anything for his sons, so I'll get them here and then hopefully John would be motivated to get up and actually do something. Now I just need to call them. I knew my old phone would come in handy, I don't need the Internet to call anyone."

He then dialed Sean's number and waited for him to pick up. "Hey Sean? Yeah it's Ringo, listen I know this might sound crazy but I need you to follow this plan."

A few hours later back in the cave, Paul and George were still dozing away in a bed made of snow. That is until they heard three cries for help. Paul just ignored it, but George nearly snapped out of his influence to look up and see who yelled. "Huh?.. I thought I heard our kids.." He thought. Then he saw Stu dragging in his son Dhani along with Julian and Sean.

"Our sons?.. How did they get here?.. I must save them!.. A.. A bit later.. No! I need to save them now!.. Ugh... Stupid cu-"

But before George could finish his sentence, John crashed through the roof of the cave, anger in his eyes. "Sloth! I know you have our kids! So come on out and fight me!!" He bellowed.

George was shocked to see that John had snapped out of his trance. "Well his sons do mean the world to him.." He thought.

Sloth groaned as he heard John and slowly crawled over to him. "Ugh, you just had to show up when everything was going so well."

"All you did was get two people to fall asleep... Have you been affected by your own influence?"

"No matter, I know I can just get you back into my trance. I know you're very tired from working for so long. So why-"

"Not when my boys' lives are on the line! Besides I had enough rest and I think the author too considering it took her three months to update this book." John interrupted, then he took a deep breath and spat his flames out at the sin.

However Sloth counteracted.. Okay more like got Stu to counteract for him by getting him to spit a chilling ice breath back at John. The two wrestled back and forth trying to overpower each other. "You're doing good Stu! I'll just wait here until you do him in."

But what they didn't notice was that Ringo had snuck behind them and freed the three boys. "Let's get out of here." He whispered to them."

"Alright, but first I need to give something to my dad." Dhani said, holding up a sitar.

"A sitar?." Julian asked. "I don't think now is the time to-"

"Trust me, Dad needs it now."

Running over to George, Dhani handed him the sitar and told him to play. "I know just the tune." George grinned.

Soon the melody of the Raja Deepak played all throughout the cave and then suddenly Sloth was set ablaze. "What?! No! This shouldn't have happened!!" He shrieked.

"It wouldn't have if you weren't so lazy and actually worked." George sneered as he watched him melt into a puddle of black liquid.

"That's the third one down. We just have Avarice, Pride, Envy and Wrath left."

"They just keep getting stronger don't they?"

"Yes but hopefully we will find and get rid of them soon."

John and George were about to fly off to their next destination, but then after seeing their sons, they ran over and hugged them.

"Oh Dad.." Julian sniffled. "It really was you back in New York.."

"Yes.. Don't cry Julian.. I'm here now.." John cooed, rubbing his son's back.

"Dad, how did you get down here anyways?" Sean asked.

"Well... George and I accidentally released the Deadly Sins from hell and now we have to get them back.. Hopefully the Devil doesn't show up while we're here.."

"Yeah.. Where are you off to now?"

"Definitely somewhere warm. Like South America. I always wanted to see the rainforests."

"Hey Stu, you wanna come with us?" George asked his older friend once he was out of his trance.

"Well I got nothing better to do then stand around here in the cold with nothing but penguins as company." Stu jokingly replied. "But in all seriousness my ice breath might come in handy if John is about to burn the house down."

"Hey! Also one more question. Dhani how did you know about the Raja Deepak?"

"Well my Dad taught me how to play it back when I was about eleven or twelve. We accidentally burnt down his room. He and Mom had to sleep on the couch until everything was fixed."

"Heh. And I thought I was the reckless one. But anyways, lets get you guys home."

"We've got a chopper waiting for us outside the cave. You go and save our world... We love you Dad.."

"Aww, we love you too.. Our little boys."

Spreading their wings, John, George and now Stu were on their way to the tropical South America to fight their next sin.
