(Seto's POV)

Is it really them!? They look so similar, but their names have changed. Too bad I can't just ask them. It's the one cures of being immortal. Sky is missing, though. Is that why I haven't noticed them before? The light said they would come back when the pieces were in place, but why now? After so long?

I throw the books off the bookcases, trying to find the right one. I know I wrote it all down somewhere....... I just have to find it. I looking through three shelves before I finally find it. An old leather book, the pages almost falling to pieces, with a golden title "The Sorcerer". I gently flip through the pages until I find the right section. My first adventure. When I still believed I was just another face in the crowd. How the tables have turned. Only I have ever read this book.

I flip to the right chapter, where my breath stops for a moment. There they are. My first friends. I remember drawing this into the book after Sky disappeared. I had to leave shortly after so they didn't notice that I didn't age anymore. That doesn't mean I didn't miss them. Deadlox, Sky, Bajan, JeromeASF, Husky, and TrueMu. Looking at their pictures, it's easy to see that they look exactly like Ty, Mitch, Jerome, Quinten, and TrueMu must be Jason. Sky is still absent, though. But today there was one more: Ssunndee. I could sense something a little...... off about him. It's such a little thing that I'm probably the only one to notice it. But wasn't there suppose to be someone to help us when we face the squids again? Is Ssunndee the light's 'WildCard'?

Looking at Sky's faded picture, my eyes are drawn to his golden amulet. It's looks so familiar........ wait. Didn't Ty have a purple amulet from the river? Is Sky somewhere in the forest!? What if he's already dead in the river! I scramble out of my room, tripping on all the books. I have to get Ty to take me to the river!

(Ty's POV)

This sucks. I'm not allowed on training, but General Ant says I still have to be useful. So, here I am, watering plants. This is soooo boring. Can't the plants just drink in the rain water? Or can't I dig out a canal instead? After watering my eleventh row of potatoes, someone calls my name. It is really a funny sight to see a small purple blur sprinting full tilt towards me.

"TYYYYYYYYYY", Seto screams as he runs into me. We both fall to the ground with Seto heaving for breath. I didn't even think he could run so fast. Before I could say anything, a small bat swoops out of the sky and lands on Seto's chest. He lurches into a sitting position and the bat gives a screech of protest. "Where *pant* amulet *pant* I have to find him!", Seto says between wheezes of breath.

"Calm down Seto! I'm sure whatever happened can wait while you catch your breath", I say. That must of been the wrong thing to say, because Seto grabs the collar of my shirts and looks me dead in the eye.

"I need you to take me to exactly where you found that amulet", he says in a deathly calm voice. I nod out of fear. Seto's mood does a 180 and he says in a cheery voice, "Great! We can leave immediately. Phantom, can you scout from above to look for him?", he motions to the bat. Phantom squeaks and soars up into the air. Seto stands up and pulls me to my feet while leading me into the woods. What have I gotten myself into?
