From across my sit
my heart sparked a lit
Rejected it as my blinded eyes hears the truth pass by
But was averted by the beautiful painful lie

He may not know as well as my good friend
But seemingly the wrong goes right until the end
My heart goes sour and sweet
As guilt deepens it further by bit

I cried, I rejected, I was hurt
Knowing the fact that she'd still be his part
It breaks my heart to know
That I was to low for his standards of show

He comes with a name that echoed on the other side of the wall
Where we know, nothing goes fun over it at all
He comes in daylight and night especially at dim
Asking myself why she'd still run by to rescue him

Let this be and hide it forever
To see her have him as her happily ever after
