chapter 4- i gotta start over

friday 4:00am

trey,shay, and lanita finally landed in V.A....longest flight from cali but it gave them all time to relax

lanita- *sighs* i cant believe this is real

trey- yeah....but, i mean.....i dont know what to say...what made him just....*sighs*

lanita- i understand *rubs his back*

trey- no you dont you mever even held a convo wit her *gets up*

lanita- *tears up*

LANITA POV

i hate my fucking self yo....i really do

*the plane lands*

shay- trey lets go

lanita- *gets up* hey im here too you know

shay- *hufs*

they all get off the plane and get into their rental car nownon their way to their new home. a few days pass and its just been hell, shay and lanita argue everyday trey been trying to get over the fact that his little sister is gone but he is ok....lanita ran away and came back a week later shay started to do crack and trey is in the middle of it all

trey- can yall just stop

shay- *cracked out* ITS ALL HER FUCKING FAULT MY DAUGHTER IS MISSING CAUSE IF YOU

lanita- *crying* IM YOUR DAUGHTER TOO IM HURT TOO

shay slaps her. she is teared up,cracked out, mad, and in pain

shay- *whispers* you will never EVER be my daughter *leaves*

from that day shay never came back...she would every 5 months but only for a quick second to ask for money

lanita- *crys* he killed my sister

nick- what?? what are you talking about???

lanita- *yells* KEHLANI HE KILLED HER SHE IS GONE

nick- wha.....i thaught she moved with ya-

court- nita you ok???

lanita goes home happy that her dad is sleep, she goes in her room snd just lays there...thinking....why?....why did she come back....then she remembers trey...chels...lala....then she remebers her sister...her room... lanita gets up and goes down the long dark hall...."kehlani" the sticker was stull sitting on her door. lanita touches the door knob....its cold and gives her chills....she opens the door to see the same bright pink wall with all posters of famous singers and drawing that she drew causing lanita to smile. "she always loved to draw", lanita says. she lays in kehlanis bed and goes to sleep

NEXT DAY (sunday)

lanita wakes up happy because she felt closer to her sister. she gets uo realizing nobody is home

lanita got up got in the shower and is now downstairs watching tv
