Eh, not a ship I like because Discord is quite clearly an immortal being like the princesses and Fluttershy is a mortal pegasus. Not to mention he is probably 1000s of years older than her.
If I ignore that then in the show they have great chemistry and you can't help but ship it a little.
However, I see them as best friends and, even though he's older than her, I feel Discord sees Fluttershy as an older sister guiding him down the right path.
