"Good morning! What can I get you today?" I look down to see how much money I've got... Hmm only $10, I could get the featured and a muffin I suppose... "Miss? Hello? Sweetie you're holding up the line." The barista says annoyed now. "Wha- Oh right, sorry. Ok I'll have the Moon&Star featured latte and a Blueberrylicous Muffin." I order as I slide the $10 on the counter. "Coming right up and your name?" "Rayne, R-A-Y-N-E, Rayne." As I say and spell my name out, The barista looks at me funny ,"Rayne...ok then.."
I move myself over to a small table in the corner where I can see everyone.. Ok so where is this guy I'm supposed to be meeting.. I scan the room looking for a red OverUnder sweatshirt. "There, hanging on the coat rack in the back", I jump and turn around to see Caleb whispering the position of the hoodie. "God Caleb don't do that!", I gently hit him on the shoulder, " I was gonna find it by myself, why are you even here? Chief said specifically that there was only one person for this interrogation", I look at caleb annoyed. "Yea yea, I know that, but you're a FS, I'm the actual agent" he smirks with a glint in his eye.
I roll my eyes, " Fuck off Caleb, Imma call chie-" I catch a glance of a brunette guy over by the hoodie and now stare out of the corner of my eye as the guy pulls something out of the pocket of the sweatshirt. Ignoring Caleb's taunting...he doesn't fit the description of the guy, I need a red-head... Few minutes pass, Caleb goes to order some food for himself and I look intently around the shop and the hoodie and don't notice a barista standing in front of my table. "Um excuse me are you Rayne?" I look up and see a red-headed kid, probably 15 years of age with green eyes...it's him I look up and smile, "Hi Daniel, yes I'm Rayne but you probably know me as Julie?" The kid looks at me with wide eyes and a small blush of embarrassment, "Right! I totally forgot we were supposed to be meeting, I have a small break in 15 minutes is that ok?" I smile, "Yep, I'm not going anywhere."
