(Cora's POV:)
It was finally Friday and emma, Amanda and me we're heading to Emma's house for the sleepover. When we got there we put our stuff in her room and went downstairs to make some of our famous cupcakes. Emma wanted Amanda to taste them. We were making them and Amanda was watching me and her do them.
Amanda: why do u guys call them ur famous Cupcakes
Me: well cuz we made these exact cupcakes in elementary and for our birthday we have them out to kids and they loved them
Amanda: that's cool
Emma: ya there pretty good ur going to like them
Amanda: i bet
While we were done we waited for them to bake so we went into the Emma's big screen room and watched our favorite movie Mean Girls. After half way into the movie Emma brought in a pizza with the cupcakes that we made
Amanda: omg these are very good
Me: told u
Amanda: what do u put in them
Emma: that's a secret that we will tell u soon ok
Amanda: ok
Then we watched more movies all night. It was 3 in the morning when we were going to sleep I went to change out of my clothes and Emma and Amanda went to go brush there teeth. I was heading towards my bag and opened it and there was a knife with blood. I looked at the lable and it said Amanda. I heard them coming in so I quickly closed it and changed super quick.
Emma: were coming in
Me: come on it's ur room
They came in and we heard Amanda's mom calling Emma from outside the room.
Courtney: Emma!!
Emma: coming
Amanda: wheres her brother
Me; I don't know
Amanda: u ok u look like u have seen and ghost
Me: I'm just sleepy
Amanda: ok
Then she grabbed her bag and opened it.
(Emma POV:)
Me: coming.
I walked to my moms room.
Me: what's up mom
Mom: um wheres ur brother
Me: I thought he was here
Mom: no he hasn't been all day
Me: well I don't know mom did u already tried calling him
Mom: ya I did and he won't pick
Me: here let me call him
I dialed his phone number and of course he didn't awnser his phone.
Me: he's not answering
Mom: ok where would he be
Me: I don't know. But I do know that after school he went to go practice for the big game coming up at the end of the year
Mom: or right championship for football
Me: ya he's been practicing so much so he could get that scholarship
Mom: right so u think he is still there
Me: I don't know maybe
Mom: ok if he's not here tomorrow Than we will look for him
Me: ok
Mom: ok well good night sweetie
Me: good night Mom
I walked back to my room then see the girls really quite and it was a weird quiet.
Me: hey I'm back
Cora: what happen
Me: we can't find Mike
Amanda: oh did u guys call him already
Me: ya if he doesn't come home tomorrow Than were Going to go look for him
Cora: ok
Amanda: ya well I don't know about u guys but I'm exhausted.
Me: ok
Amanda: well goodnight
(Next morning)
I woke up and the girls were still asleep and I got up and brushed my teeth and went downstairs. I made myself oatmeal. Then I heard someone coming downstairs.
Mom: hey honey ur up early
Me: ya
Mom: is ur brother home
Me: I don't know
Then we heard more footsteps coming downstairs.
Cora: hey good morning
Me: good morning
Mom: good morning girls
Cora: hey
Amanda: good morning
Me: what do u guys want for breakfast
Cora: we can help u guys make waffles and eggs
Mom: ok if u guys want to get started I'm going to go call Mike agian
Me: ok
They started making waffles and I started making eggs. Later that day the girls got ready to go home.
Cora: well I had fun
Amanda: ya me too
Me: ya
Cora: well see u on Monday
Me: ok bye
They walked out and I saw Mike's car pull into the drive way.
Me: mom Mike's here
Mike came in with a hat on.
Me: were u been
Mike: around
He walked through and mom was waiting for him at the stairs. I shut the door.
Mom: um where have u been
Mike didn't awnser nans was trying to get past mom
Mom: Mike!!?
Then she took Off Mike's hat.
Mike had a black eye with bruises all over his face.
Me: oh my God what happen to u
Mike: nothing ok can I just let me go to my room
Mom: Mike what the hell happened to u and where have u been all night
Mike: i got into a fight at a party with a guy
Mom: why
Mike: cause he was being mean to his girlfriend and I kept telling him to back off
Mom: why didn't u awnser ur phone
Mike: cause i left my phone at the car
Mom: omg honey u had us worried
Mike: sorry
Mom: let me get ice
Mike: how was the sleepover
Me: it was good
Mike: that's great
Mom: here Mike
Me: well I'm going to go change
I walked upstairs and for dressed into more decent clothes. When I walked in to change I noticed there was blood
Me: what the hell
(Amanda POV:)
We were just getting started my house. She pulled In to the driveway
Me: so Cora
Cora: ya
Me: u know what I noticed
Cora: what
Me: that someone went through my things
Cora: who
Me: don't act dumb with me I know u went through my things
Cora: so what if I didn't what do u have to hide
Me: that's not of ur concern
Cora: actually it is.. why do u have a bloody knife
Me: that's none of ur business
Cora: who are u
Me: I'm Amanda
Cora: why did u actually move to here
Me: none of ur business!!!
Cora: wait till I tell emma
I pulled out a pocket knife and put it against her neck
Me: ur not going to her or anyone and If u do I'll make u regret it
Then I got out and went inside.
James: ur home already
Me: haha very funny
James: how did it go
