How To: Outline Twice

Step 1
Go to PicsArt and click 'Edit'. Then add your background.

Then add your render. (I'm using Tokoyami from BNHA)

Step 3After that, go to 'Draw' and click what colour you're gonna be using to outline your render

After that, go to 'Draw' and click what colour you're gonna be using to outline your render. Make sure it contrasts against your background colour so it'll be easier to see.

Then choose your size. For the sample I used 9 but you can use smaller.

Step 4
Once you're done, outline your render. Then go to the three layers on the bottom right.

Make sure you're on the layer with your outline on it and click 'copy'

Move the copied outline away from the render and resize it so it fits

Step 5

Then as an extra step, you can go back to the layer with the original outline and click 'transform'. Then like Step 4, move it away from the render but put it between the render and the copied outline.

Voila! You're done!
