2 days later

Drake texting Nicki.

Drake: we need to talk

Nicki: about what?

Drake: about a lot

Nicki: okayyy?

Drake: can you come to this therapy session with me

Nicki: for what drake, we're not gonna build on a relationship that's not there

Drake: just to find some closure. I just need answers & I know you do too

Nicki: okay whatever. what time

Drake: in about 30 min

Nicki: oh, thanks for letting me know ahead of time.

Drake: just be there

She didn't text back.

30 minutes later, Nicki was late and when she walked in they were already started with their session.

Dr: oh hi nicki, we were just talking about you

Nicki: yea?

She said taking off her sunglasses and taking a seat on the opposite side of the couch.

Dr: yea, well drake was just telling me how you guys have a 3 year old daughter

Nicki: yea

Dr: so why don't you tell me your outlook on drake.

Nicki took a while to answer

Nicki: there's not really one. I mean he is the father of my child and we have a past, but there's really nothin to talk about

Dr: what do you mean you have a past.

Nicki: umm, we've put eachother through a lot of shit and some things you just never forget

Dr: do you still love him in an intimate way

Nicki: I don't really think of him in that way anymore

Dr: so you've moved on

Nicki: I wouldn't say that, but I'm definitely finding my peace again

Drake: but our relationship wasn't that bad

Nicki: it wasn't that bad? Drake our relationship has gotten to a point where you tried killing yourself, we can't even be friends after this, and I've always said that if we don't work out I always wanted our friendship. But that's not gonna work

Dr: and why not Nicki?

Nicki: I've felt the ultimate betrayal by this man & that's more hurt than any friend can make me feel.

Dr: so tell me why you guys broke up everytime.

Nicki: uhh, the first time we broke up is because I cheated on him then we got back together and he cheated on me, and he just stayed out late, he didn't care about what he had at home & his priorities weren't in the right place. And this recent time is because he got another woman pregnant.

Dr: okay? so talk about how you felt when he got that other women pregnant.

Nicki: I felt like I wasn't good enough for him. I wondered why he would do this to me, to his family. I was angry, and depressed for along time. And I still feel like till this day he doesn't understand where my hurt comes from.

Dr: do you want to comment on that

Drake: she's right, I don't understand where her hurts come from, because we weren't together when this woman got pregnant.
