Chapter 10

*Matt's POV*

I feel bad not telling Caitlin I left for MAGcon. I haven't answered any of her text messages because I dont have the courage. I have noticed she hasn't been on any of her social media sites for the past week. I really truly do feel bad.

*Caitlin's POV*

I decided to get out of my room and take a walk. I took a shower and got dressed. I put on some powder cause I haven't slept in days and i have huge bags under my eyes. I went down stairs and had some left over pizza. I started walking and found myself at the beach. The place Matt asked me out.....

I sit down and just bawl my eyes out. About 30 minutes later i feel a hand on my shoulder. I jump up freaking out only to find Myla. She just hugged me and made me feel so much better. We went back to my house and we decided to go to the mall.

We went shopping and got some food to eat than went to my house for a movie night. I had totally forgotten about Matt until I decided to go on youtube to see he posted a new video. It was called the Oatmeal Challenge (I know Nash posted it but im gonna pretend Matt did)

I started watching it and that guy named Cameron Dallas looked and sounded totally familiar. I was watching the end of the video cracking up until it clicked. Cameron Dallas was one of my BFF from when I lived in California (she moved to Virginia when she was 11)

I remember leaving California

*Flashback*

"Please dont leave" begged my best friends Cameron and Kayla

"I have to, my dad got a job in Virginia" i said crying

"Can i come with you to protect you" said Cameron

"im sorry but i dont think you will fit in my suit case"

"Who will you stay up with and go shopping and gossip with without me" said Kayla crying

"I really dont know, Im sad and scared, but i will text you everyday ok" i said at this point i was bawling

"ok promise" said kayla and Cameron

"pinky promise" i said and we did our three way pinky promise

*End of Flashback*

I remember Kayla so well she was my bestest friend. She was always short and had mid length brown hair and orange brown eyes. She had the most outgoing and stubborn personality ever.

I also remember breaking that promise with the two of them. About a couple of months later we got busy and moved on from each other. I still remember them everyday though. I always thought Cameron and Kayla would end up together. I shiped them before I even knew what ship ing people was. I wonder if they are still close.

I decided to text Cameron and see how he was doing.

Text Message (cam and C)

C- hey Cameron i dont know if you still remember me but its Caitlin, I saw you in a youtube video and i thought i would see how you doing

*Cameron's POV*

Matt, Nash, and I had just posted Matts video when i got a text message from...... Caitlin. I havent seen her in forever. I decided i would reply.

Cam- OMG Caitlin, we haven't talked in forever!!!! I would never stop forgetting about you. Im doing good how are you doing?

C- Im good hows Kayla

I cant tell her were dating

Cam- Shes good we miss you soo much you should come to Cali to visit.

C- I would love to but i dont have any money

Cam- Dont worry I will pay

C- Ok i guess i will go talk to you later

Cam- K by miss you i will tell kayla

"Who you texting" Matt said peeking over my shoulder

"An old best friend who moved a few years back"

" Oh wats her name" Nash asked

"Caitlin...Caitlin Baltzer"

"wait... Caitlin" Matt said his expression changing to a sad face

"yeah.. do you know her"

"shes my Girlfriend....well i dont know anymore" Matt said saying the last part quietly

"Wait what and wat do you mean"

Matt told us the whole story and I wanted to punch him in the face cuz he probably broke her heart and she is like a little sister to me.
