one-hundred; YOU

My one-hundredth reason to love Hiba.
You said I'd never get here, eh? I swore I would, because you deserve that.

You know, when I went to compete for dressage, I wasn't doing it to win for me, as such. I did it for Bailey, because he deserved the recognition as a good horse that no one else gave him. It's one of the only things I've ever been proud of.

Another thing I'm proud of is this list. In a similar sense, I wasn't doing it to be labelled a "good friend", I was doing it to make you see how important you are. Because you, Hiba, are so, so important.

I always say it and it always sounds exaggerated, but you really have saved my life. You gave me a reason not to swallow pills or run away. Ypu gave me a reason to wake up and fight on with my day.

You gave me back myself and everything that I am. I'd like to think that now, you're also a part of me - living without you would be as hard as living without lungs.

If I'm uncomfortable, I think of our conversations and how at home I feel. If I'm sad, I remember all of our memories and laugh at them.
If I'm alone, I just know you're there and everything's okay.

It had occured to me from the beginning that I was maybe more open than you, but that never bothered me. You were the first person I was truly open with, and I knew what it was like not to open up.

But then, you did. I knew that whilst life had once been tough on me, life was tough on you now.

Please understand how special you are. Please know I'm here, and that I love you. When times are rough, I want you to remember it. You're the tae to my kook; the sun to my moon and the life to my death. I breathe because of you. Incase it's not enough, here's a few links, just to remind you.
