This is the expository story of a young man whose life experiences had thought him a few useful things.
He had been raised by a single foster parent who had given him more love than he could ever ask for, but being unable to find out his origin, he had lived his life feeling completely . . . misplaced.
Stuck in a world that is not his, he has learnt the act of survival. He had mastered that skill of using what he has to get what he wants. He had mastered the act of puppeteering, the ability to hide behind a veil but yet able to reach far out beyond any mortal and manipulate the world around him.
The people who knew him thought him to be an angel or a sort of demigod that had come down from no origin to grace them with his presence, but they were wrong, so very wrong.
They did not know, but he was actually . . . a god.
