IF there was one word that could be used to describe Eliza Marsh, it would be dreadful. The girl with wide eyes and a passion for exploring, stuck at a 9-5 desk job as an assistant that barely counted as a real job. Not to mention how difficult it was dealing with her coworkers and her idiot boss who she swears did their best to drive her insane. It was her worst nightmare; her life was never supposed to turn out like the way it did. But traveling and adventures cost money and money was something that Eliza had a substantial lack of.
As miserable as she was, it seemed as if a beacon of hope had shone through the dark stormclouds when the new temp joined the office. But as Eliza had learned over the years, things are always too good to be true and Ryan Howard was no exception. As a rollercoaster of friendship, love and heartbreak ensues, Eliza can't decide whether or not she's succeeded in finding her happiness or made a terrible mistake and she doesn't know if she'll ever figure it out.
All she knew was that he was definitely the kind of adventure she had been looking for.
