It took me four days to find a job , I will wake up everyday as earlier as my body can let me and go take a shower at the service station. I will than walk around town looking for vacancies . a lot of people refuse to hire me immediately after I tell them I am pregnant.
The lady at the Library was desperate to find an assistant since she wanted to go on a holiday so she hired me. With the salary she offered me i can hire out a dingy room and still have money for food and hospital fee for my appointments.
I don't remember the last I was happy, I am feeling hopeful after a long time. All I now is I got a gift and happiness in a buddle that will arrive eight months from today.
I smile as I make my way to my makeshift home. They cannot take my baby away from me and I will make sure he doesn't live the kind of life I did.
