Frank Monte, owner/operator of the marketing firm Centurion, has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2005, the year he founded what is today known as Black Sand Real Estate. Though he founded a real estate firm just years before the 2008 housing market meltdown, Monte was able to pave a path toward success.
Frank Monte of Centurion would later go on to establish Homeowner Answers, LLC, a company focused on representing homeowners facing foreclosure following the housing crisis.
