we only talked every once in a while
and we are both so busy
that we barely got to talk on the phone
so i answered it
and i put it on speaker
as i was still typing on my mac
"hello?" i said
"hey wren, oh girl, i miss you!" she exclaimed
"ahh i miss you too! how have you been?" i asked
"ive been great. school, work, everythings just getting harder and harder,"
"yeah i feel you...well what are you doing?"
"im actually here in new york," she said
"wait, are you serious?!" i said starting to get excited
