so here's the thing,

korea is very complex.

and naming your babies is something only koreans will understand.

so here's what i understood from the internet and Wikipedia.

when parents name siblings, they divide their names into three parts, the surname, the family name and their own name.

let's use an example;

jungkook of bts.
jeon jungkook and jeon junghyun.

jeon: their surname
jung: the family name
kook and hyun: their personal names

another example;

yesung of super junior
kim jonghoon and kim jongjin

kim: their surname
jong: the family name
hoon and jin: their own name

and that's basically it,
