I could feel sparks on my back from a hand rubbing it. After throwing up, I looked up into blues eyes. He had black hair that went to his ears, with thin lips and strong jaw and face. He was very muscular.
"Mate!" I say before running to my room. I could hear his foot steps behind me. I ran into my room before I could close the door he used his foot to stop it. He pushed open the door. As he walked in I stepped back. We kept doing this until my back hit the wall. I knew when he finds out I'm pregnant that he will reject me. I didn't want to be in anymore pain.
"Why did you run from my Little Mate?" He asked traping me between him and the wall.
"You're going to reject me." I say with tearing going down my face.
"Why would I do that?" He asked wiping about my tears with his thumb.
"I'm pregnant!" I broke down, sliding down the wall.
He picked me up, pulling me into his lap, letting me cry in his neck. "I know, I know, I know sweetheart." With him rubbing my back, I began to calm down.
Kievan P.O.V
He was beginning to calm down. Him crying tears me apart. I never want to see him cry again.
He looks up at me, his face red, with tears in his eyes. Even crying, he was beautiful, making me weak at the knees.
"You're not rejecting me?" he asked innocently.
"Of course not sweetheart." I whispered into his ear. His breathing even out. I looked down at him, he was asleep. I picked him up and followed his scent to his room. Placing him on the bed, I tucked him in, kissing his forehead.
Leaving the room, I went into the living room. Everyone was looking nervous. "Is he OK?" Peirce asked.
"Yes, he's sleeping right now." They still looked nervous. "You....you didn't reject him did you?" What I'm guessing the Luna with green hair asked
"I saw the scars and bruises. Why would I bring more pain to my mate? I already love him." I tell them, my wolf agreeing with me.
The green haired lady ran to me hugging me telling me thank you. My wolf and I didn't like her hugging me.
She pulled away, finally. wiping the tears from her eyes. "Alpha King if you'll like we can do the meeting tomorrow, you found your mate. I'm sure you want to retire for today and rest. I'll show you and your group to your rooms." The alpha said.
Following him, the whole floor was empty, only Zero's room on this floor. "I put Zero up here, because I could tell he doesn't like a lot of people around him." he said.
He showed me to the room beside my mate. Brandon got the room across from me and Alvin a room on the other side of me. My guards getting the rest.
"Diner will be done shortly." He bowed leaving. Walking into the room I laid down thinking.
Hearing my mate's light snoring, put me at eased. Even though he was pregnant, I couldn't reject him. Seeing him with bruises and scars, tears me apart. Knowing I wasn't there to wipe his tears, to stop his pain... I'm a terrible mate. I won't hate his babies. I'll love them like my own. There apart of my cute innocent little mate.
His breathing became faster, he started whimpering. Sitting up I walked to the door. Hearing him scream, I ran into his room. He was threshing and crying in his sleep. Taking him in my lap, I rubbed his back and kissed his forehead while rocking him. His breathing even out after a few minutes. He snuggled his head into my neck with his arms between our chests.
Laying him down, I went to get up off the bed when he whimpered, telling me to stay.
Not being able to deny my mate, I did as he asked. Laying down with me he snuggled his body with mine, mumbling mate.
I love having him in my arms. I'll never let him feel pain again I promised him and myself. Kissing his forehead I went to sleep with my mate.
