The girl was living her final hours in a hospital bed.
Her family all came to visit and show their love.
Taehyung wouldn't let go of her hand.
"This can't happen, I love you still."
He said with tears streaming down his wrinkled face.
"I love you too much."
He sobbed.
"It's okay, my love. When I'm gone, talk to me. I promise I'll respond. Never forget me. Please know you've given me the happiest life and I never once stopped loving you. Thank you Taehyung."
He wiped away his tears and nodded.
"This is it love, you finally get to know why I wear this green ribbon."
Taehyung's eyes lit up.
"Goodbye, Taehyung."
She said as her hand trailed up to her neck.
She gently pulled on the ribbon, and it came undone, revealing her bare neck.
Her head came tumbling to the floor, and Taehyung finally understood.
She wore the ribbon to keep her head on.
