Hoodie kills humans of any kind; it does not matter who they are or if they are adults or children he will kill them.
As you can see from the title Hoodie hates a lot of things.
The reason he hates humans (this includes the SCP) is because they started the war that caused his family to be separated (it also caused his creation) and they still try to constantly kill him.
The reason the SCP targets him is because he was created to be a war machine/bioweapon which is a danger to them.
Hoodie was sent to the pasta mansion to get him farther away from SCP forces.
