When you are tired you should rest.

I) When ur mind gets a bit muddled, try reading while standing up or better yet, while walking. This improves blood circulation and gives ur brain the oxygen boost it needs to function well.

II) Breath deeply. This is another way to increase oxygen intake. Strecthing and yawninh also increases blood circulation.

III) Dry or tired eyes are a sign you are tired. Rest ur head on the table and close your eyes for 10 mins. You will feel better. Try it.
