Today was Ashely,my best friends, party for the end of the summer

I was wearing a mid thigh dress that started white then faded to orange towards the bottom,with a pair of white shorts underneath

*Honk*

"Y/n Nathan's outside"

"Okay Mom

I slid on my white Converse and ran downstairs

"Bye Mom" I kissed her cheek and ran outside to Nathan's car

"Finally I thought you died"

"Shut up"

"Never"

I shook my head and buckled up. Nathan turned the radio up

We smirked at each other and started singing

All systems go

The sun hasn't died

Deep in my bones straight from inside

We finished singing/screaming and we were at Ashely's

I got out and pulled him into the house

There were people everywhere,drinks and food, the pool was open,and there was loud music

I turned around and saw Ashely waving us over,so I dragged Nathan with me

"Hey ash,awesome party I can't believe your mom let you have this"Nathan said

I laughed and shook my head

"We should get food"Nathan said/whined

For the 3rd time in 30 minutes I shook my head

At 12:30 everyone left and it was only me,Nathan,Ashely, and our other two friends Reed and Kaleigh

"We should play truth or dare now that everyone is gone"Reed said hopping on the couch

"Sure"we all replied

We all sat on the couch and started

*45 minutes later*

"Y/n truth or dare"Kaleigh asked

"Dare"

Ashely whispered something to Kaleigh and she smirked

"I dare you to do go in the closet with Nathan and make out"

I pulled Nathan off the couch and we went into the closet

Nathan cut me off my kissing me. I was tense at first but then I kissed back

He had his hands on my waist and my arms were around his neck

A knock at the door stopped us after 3 minutes

We pulled back again and he stared at me

"I wanted to do that forever"he whispered

"What was stopping you"I whispered back

"I didn't want to screw up our friendship"he said looking down

"Aww are you blushing"

"Maybe"he mumbled

I lifted his head up with my fingers and kissed him again

"I've wanted to do that to"I said pulling away

"Will you be my girlfriend"

"Yes"

I softly kissed his lips again and we walked out of the closet

"How was it"Ashely whispered when I sat down

"Let's just say I'm not alone anymore"

"OH MY GOD YES MY OTP"Ashely yelled

I rolled my eyes and laughed with everyone else
