On PicsArt, press "Sticker."

Step 1: Choose your photo.

Step 2: Trace over what you would like to be a sticker. You can fill in the whole person/thing if you like.

Step 3: Press the arrow on the top right corner.
Step 4: Fill in certain areas if missing.
Step 5: Save it by pressing the arrow on the top right corner once again.
