Nate
I woke up in a sweat again. I'd been having the same dream for the last three days and I finally saw who was in the coffin. I shook my head getting out of bed. I walked out onto the hotel balcony and stared out at the city.
Today was our last day here and to be honest I wasn't comfortable with my self right now. I can't be in a relationship with what I'm doing. Not yet. I still need to get myself together and I'm putting everyone I love in danger.
Fuck.
I gotta break up with tony.
One less person to worry about.
I want to be with her but I can't. Not right now. Man the fuck am I doing? She carrying my seed but.......... the fucking coffin.
"Nate?" I heard her say my name. I sighed stepping back into the room.
She sat up yawning. "What you doing up?" I asked.
"I didn't feel you next to me. Are you okay?" I shrugged. "What's wrong? Come here." I stared at her as I slowly walked to the edge of the bed but I didn't sit down. "What's wrong?" She reached for me but I stepped back. She frowned. "Nate."
"I..uh..."
"Tell me what's wrong." She said. "Why'd you pull away from me? Did I do something?"
"I keep having them dreams." I turned around. I'd finally told her about them but could never tell her who was in the coffin because I couldn't see myself.
"It'll be okay baby."
"It won't."
"It will ba-"
"It won't!" I said more sternly and she stop talking. "Look.....I love you but I can't be with you right now." I said but she still didn't say anything. I sighed. "Just not right now....I-"
"Don't." She said. I sighed again turning around.
"Just until I can get myself together."
"Why can't you do that with me?" She asked with her voice cracking.
"I just need to stay away from you for now. Just until I get out this shit man." I sat down on the bed with my back to her.
"I don't understand why you can't do that with me."
"I just can't."
"Why! Your not saying shit!"
"Tony.."
"No, I need for you to tell me!" She threw a pillow at me.
"Man calm down."
"Your so full of shit dude." She said getting up. She went over to her bags pulling out clothes.
"Bruh what the fuck are you doing?"
"Stop talking to me."
I got up pulling her to me and she turned around and glared at me. "You think I wanna do this shit?!" I gritted out. "I don't! I'm thinking about you!"
"No you aren't because if you were you'd think about how much it would hurt me nate." She started crying. "I'm carrying your child and your breaking up with me for no reason. I didn't do shit to you." She pushed me back and yanked her arm out of my hand.
"I'm doing what's right!" I walked up to her and grabbed her again.
"Get the fuck out my face! Real shit! Get out my face before I hit you."
"I'm not worried about that but you need to calm the fuck down."
"Calm down? Calm down, nigga your breaking up with me for no reason-"
