"Are you okay?"
okay? Last night wasn't just okay!
it was amazing! she said to herself.

Crystal- "Yeah everything is okay but my mom grounded me."

Paul- "Well that stinks! Maybe we could secretly see each other!
Like Romeo and Juliet did!"

Crystal- "Well okay your my Romeo and I'm Juliet."

And than Paul ran his fingers through his hair.

Crystal did the same.

Paul- "I hope things aren't awkward between us!
Are you okay with us dating? Because we can just
break it off.

Crystal said nothing all she was thinking is,
"I can't break it off with Paul. Or should I?
I can't fall for him again! But even though I
already did! I'm just a big mess!"

The words that just came output of her mouth seemed like they were being put there to convince herself.
no one else.

And than the thing that she said would hurt him the most.

"I can't be yours."

And than tears went down his eyes
because Paul loved her but if only she
knew that. Paul tried to hold in his tears
as best as he could.
At that moment it felt like his soul was broken.

Paul has been let down before a few times.

But why is the words that Crystal spoke
we're destroying him?

He rubbed his eyes, trying to hold back his tears.
He thought that she didn't realize.
because she doesn't care or he thinks that.

But than she finally saw.
Saw all the pain.
Saw all the pain she caused.
What she said to hurt him.
She finally saw it.

And
just by
what she saw
she saw somebody that she used to love.

She realized
that she did care.
