lip when he leaves you a voicemail
you and lip were a thing for about a year, he was in love with you but never told you. he didn't know that you were also in love with him. you had to move to california, lip was heart broken when he found out. you guys spent your last day in south side together. you promised him that you guys would keep in contact. that never happened. lip thought you had just forgot about him. he's been wanting to call you, but never had the balls to do it. finally one day, he did. he called you, but you didn't answer. he decided to leave you a voicemail.
"hey y/n, it's lip." he said.
he sighed.
"just calling to see if you're okay." he said.
"And, uh, I'm doing really, really great. Just in case you were wondering." he added.
"i gotta go, call me sometime." he said before he hang up.
lip looked down at his phone. you had him wrapped around your finger, even if you were a hundred miles away.
