They = the people of the government
''fat cats'' = corrupted politicians or people of the government
and so on :D
IN a nutshell, its about an Uprising of the people, revolution and standing up to fight for your right, not letting people of the government play around with you, and revolting against such corrupted people, with an Uprising.
Green belts wrapped around our minds--I think this is a reference to GE's Six Sigma quality program which most large companies have adopted in some form or another. Green Belt certification is the first major milestone for the employee learning this program. Basically, a framework for corporate quality improvements. And I love this reference because I have seen Six Sigma overused and overtaught. Red tape keeping people from cutting to the chase and creatively solving problems on their own without a "Champion" or "Black Belt" overseeing every step.
