It All Started With a game

~Addy's POV~

It was a Friday morning and I was going to my out of state softball game.This game was in North Carilina.

It was the bottom of the 5th last batter(she had 2 strikes and 0 balls) my dad gave the sign to the catcher. It was a change up(my favorite pitch) I steped on the mound. I started my wind up and I hear screams.

I look over and it was Matthew Espinosa!Matthew Lee Espinosa!¡ I called time and I ran to him. The ump looked confused. I pulled Matt on the field. I yelled "This is a famous viner and he is going to watch us win."

Matthew laughed.

I pulled him over to our side and sat him on the bench.

I said to him "watch me pitch."

"Okay"Matthew said "You better be good!"

I knew it would be good. With Matthew here that's the best luck I could ever get.

We got 5 runs which means it was out turn to go one the field. I struck each one out.(with change ups😝) We went to hit. I was up. I asked matthew to kiss my helmit.He did. I steped in the box.The first pitch was thrown. I hit it. I dropped the bat,looked,it went over the fence. I started to run and all I heard was screams.You could tell Matthew was yelling.

When I passed 3rd base my whole team was there waiting for me.

I came in and Matthew gave me a big hug

That was the end of the game. I walked out with Matt and I asked what hotel he was staying at. We were staying at the hotel.

It was at least 7:30 so we went to Red Lobster with my mom,dad,Matt,my friend Cali, and her parents.

After we ordered we went to my room. Matt came with us😏We all sat on the bed and watched a movie.

It was getting late.

"I'm tired" I said

"Let's all go to bed" my mom said

" Wait! Before we all go here's my number text me in the morning"Matt said

He typed his number into my iphone

"Here is my number"I said as I gave my number to Matt

"Thanks" He said

His voice was perfect,his smile was perfect, his body was perfect, his laugh,EVERYTHING!!!

~Matts POV~

I went back to my room. I'm so glad I showed up at that softball game. After I hung out with Addy I knew she was perfect.

The next morning I texted her

~Addy😍😊😘~

"Hey gorgeous would you like to go to breakfast?"

I got no response for about 5 min then my iphone buzzed. It was addy.I REALLY like her.

"Yeah.Give my 30 min to get a shower and get ready" Addy said

"Okay just text me when you are done and I will come pick you up😊"

"Okay😘☺️"

Matt wanted to go to breakfast with me.My mom let me go after begging her. For 5 minutes. I had to get a shower. Before I got in I called my friend Cali. I wanted her to come over so she could pick out the perfect out fit for me. She came over. She picked my out some ripped jeans with a PINK shirt with a PINK hoodie to match. I wore my grey uggs with it.
