I will make a list of rumors, leaks and news related to the current lawsuit against SM by Kris' lawyers and the overall controversy. The order of the listing will be chronological based on when these possibly occurred.

 

CONFIRMED - SM Ent. gives Kris an ultimatum, "avoid missing the May 23-25 concerts, return back to the company by this weekend or there will be serious ramifications"

Not Korean won (t/n: meaning that it's RMB, which would roughly convert to 16,053 USD)…of course I didn't agree. I'm just angry, my phone number is only known to companies in China, so who gave it to them? Plus, I'm only short of men, not of money!

"There is proof Tao wasn't the one who posted this," wrote Saranghae101 on allkpop today. "Tao was at Seoul when this was occurring. Saesang fans looked into it and found that the phones locators were one and didn't match Tao. They were at completely different locations."

Chanyeol has also just posted on his Instagram, leaving fans even more confused.

Along with the EXO logo, he has written a caption which translates to, "reward virtue/good and punish the bad/evil".
