Niall Horan's Twin sister (On Hold)

Chapter 23

*NIALL'S POV*

Naomi has been in a coma for 2 weeks already and Louis is a wreck without her. I just hope Naomi wakes up soon, we're all a mess without her. We are all here in her hospital room just staring at her, all of us balling our eyes out.

"Lad, I think you should get some rest, you look like a mess. I think if Naomi wakes up she wouldn't like you looking like a mess" I said to Louis, he stayed here with her since the day of the accident, he took showers here, ate food with her, talked to her, sleep here, though he barely sleeps, and he stayed no matter what. He would fight the nurses and doctors so he could just stay here with Naomi

"But what if she wakes up?" He asked

"Lad, don't worry we'll wake you up if she wakes up" Harry said, and he nodded and sat on the chair beside Naomi's bed and just put his head in her hands and fell asleep quickly

"Gosh we really need you to wake up Naomi, we all miss you, we're all a mess without you, specially Louis, if you could only see what's happening to him, please fight Naomi, we need you" Zayn said, and we all just nodded in agreement and just stared at Naomi once again

2 HOURS LATER:

Louis was still asleep, though we moved him to the couch, and boy was he heavy.

"Do you think she'll wake up soon enough?" Liam asked, and we just looked at him

"Of course she will, she's a fighter, she will fight, and she needs to wake up, for us. If she's gone then we're all gone, she needs to wake up, without her I'm a goner for sure, I mean she's my twin sister, she's my other half, she just needs to wake up" I say and the tears fall down

"Niall, lad, I'm sorry I didn't mean it like that" Liam said and walked over to me and patted my back, we all went back to staring at Naomi

That was when I saw her hand move, I rushed to her and held her hand

"Naomi, I saw your hand move, if you can hear me please try to squeeze my hand?" I asked her, and after a while I felt a squeeze

"Guys!!!" I exclaimed and they all rushed over and just teared up with tears of joy. That's when she opened her eyes and she looked into mine

"Hey Nialler" she said in a hushed voice

"Do you need some water?" I asked, and she just nodded her head. I got her some water and gave it to her and she drank it

"You guys look like a mess, what the hell happened to you guys?" She said, and we all just looked at each other, and she looked around, I think she was looking for Louis

"Love, Louis is on the couch sleeping" I said, and she looked shock

"How did you know?" She asked

"Naomi, I'm your twin" I simply said, and she just shrugged

"How's Louis been?" She asked

"He's been a mess without you, he stayed here every single day since the accident, he slept here, though he barely slept, he ate here, he took a shower here, he did everything in here, he hasn't left the room since the accident, do you think we should wake him up now?" Zayn asked, and Naomi looks like she has seen a ghost

"You should have forced him to go home" She said, and she looked at Louis sleeping

"Gosh he looks so peaceful" She whispered

"Are you still mad at him?" Harry asked, and she just looked down at her fingers and started playing with them

"Ummm I don't really know, but I know that I still love him, I just want him to explain" She said, and we all nodded

"Could you guys please wake him up? I wanna talk to him" She said, and Liam nodded

"Alright I'll wake him up" He said and walked over to Louis and shook him lightly

"Lad wake up, Naomi wants to talk to you" He said, and Louis shot up and ran towards Naomi's bed, and just looked at her and held her hand

"Naomi, you're awake!!" He exclaimed and Naomi just giggled

"Yes I'm awake" She said

"You have no idea how much I missed you!! Naomi I'm sorry for what I've done I-" Louis said but he was cut off by someone barging in, and that someone was Eleanor

"Eleanor what the hell are you doing here?!" Louis exclaimed, and Eleanor took a step closer

"Louis, come on let's go home, couldn't you just leave here and be with me instead" She pleaded, and Louis walked over to her

"Eleanor I think you should leave, I would never go with you, Naomi is the love of my life I would never ever leave here, she's my life, my world, my universe, and my everything, so why will I leave all that just for you, huh, you should leave" Louis said, and Eleanor just walked out the door grumbling colorful words, Louis walked towards Naomi again and held her hand

"I love you so much Naomi, I'm sorry if I ever hurt you, I promise you I didn't intend to kiss Eleanor, she kissed me, and she forced me to make out with her, I tried to pull away but I couldn't, I'm so sorry babe, I love you so much, please don't leave like that again" He explained

*NAOMI'S POV*

"I love you so much Naomi, I'm sorry if I ever hurt you, I promise you I didn't intend to kiss Eleanor, she kissed me, and she forced me to make out with her, I tried to pull away but I couldn't, I'm so sorry babe, I love you so much, please don't leave like that again" He explained and I just looked at him, of course I still love him, I wanna be with him, he's the love of my life

"Naomi Jamie Horan, would you please be my girlfriend, again?" He asked, and I just smiled

"Of course!!" I exclaimed and he cupped my face and connected our lips together, and our lips moved in sync

"Awww aren't you guys sweet? Now Louis could you please get off my sister, she's still my sister and yore making out with her in front of me" Niall said, and me and Louis pulled away, and everyone else laughed

It's good to be back
