I tried for you
I cried for you
Given the chance, I'd've died for you

You lied to me
Played games with me
Broke me down and stomped on me

She smiles for me
She longs for me
She wants her heart to belong to me

You lust for her
You lie to her
Say there's no one else in the world like her

I loved you
You lusted for her
She loves me

She hates me
You broke her
I hate you

And we carry on
Until someone new
Joins the mix
