"Rose!" Alayna exclaims, laughing, as her wife lifts her book out of her hands.
"Come on! You need to stop reading!" Rosalie whines and Alayna smiles.
"Well maybe I will but first you need to go feed." Alayna states pointing at her wife's black eyes.
"Ok. Love you baby." Rosalie says, pecking Alayna's lips.
"Love you too." Alayna replies, looking at her book again.
A few minutes after Rosalie leaves, Alayna hears the door open.
"Hey Alayna. Is Rosalie here?" Edward asks and Alayna looks up.
"No she's not. Why?" Alayna replies and Edward looks down.
"So today would technically be her birthday is she was still human and Alice wants to celebrate. She's always refused because she didn't want to be reminded of her human life." Edward states and Alayna sighs.
"Edward I don't think I can help you with that. All I can do is bring her there." Alayna says.
"Ok. It will still help. Thank you Alayna." Edward replies, exiting the house.
"Why was Edward here?" Rosalie asks and Alayna smiles at her.
"He asked me if I could help them with something but I said that I couldn't. That's all." Alayna replies and Rosalie laughs.
"I love you Alayna." Rosalie mumbles.
"I love you too Rosalie." Alayna replies, curling into her wife's side.
