Expressing Me

Please Understand!

Humans are greedy,

We are never the same,

We are betraying and cheating,

Looking for someone to blame.

We fight with eachother,

Like life's worth nothing,

For once, think of one another,

The hearts you are crushing.

We destroy flowers and plants,

For our own selfish need,

We are killing homes and towns,

Not a single good deed.

Children look up to adults,

But they're too busy talking about politics,

Who will save us? I say

From the earth's final apocalypse?

Everything will be in chaos and riots,

Children will constantly be crying,

Nothing will ever again be quiet,

Please understand, the earth is dying.
