28: Telling The Team

-A Few Weeks Later-

Tsukishima's POV

I woke up to (F/N) jumping out of the bed and running to the bathroom. I immediately got up after her and held her hair back as she threw up. I sat down behind her and rubbed her belly with my free hand. It did grow a bit but it isn't obvious until you touch it. She finished after a few minutes and flushed the toilet, then leaned back against me. I let go of her hair and placed both my hands on her stomach while kissing the top of her head.

"I hate morning sickness..." (F/N) mumbled.

"Do you want to go out for breakfast? You still have a some time before check up." I asked her. She nodded. I got up and then helped her up. We grabbed some clean clothes and changed, (F/N) brushed her hair as I grabbed my keys and wallet. "Ready?" I asked and she nodded. We walk downstairs and greeted mom.

"Goodmorning (F/N) and Kei! Today's the checkup, right?" (F/N)'s mom asked.

"Yep. Kei and I are going to go eat breakfast out, then go to the checkup, then come back here and get ready for practice and leave again." (F/N) replied to her.

"Okay! Tell me how it goes when you come back!" She said.

"Okay!" (F/N) replied as we walked out the door after putting on her shoes.

-Timeskip To Check Up-

"Hello (F/N) it's nice to see you again. I see you brought someone with you, is this the father?" The doctor said while walking in.

"Hello! Yes, he is Kei, meet Doctor Takeo." (F/N) said.

"Nice to meet you." I said while shaking his hand.

"Nice to meet you too." Doctor replied. "I see you had no problem with the father. Have you told both families yet?" Doctor Takeo asked.

"Yes, we have. They are both supportive and want to help in any way they can." I replied to him.

"Have you thought about what you want to do with the baby?" The doctor asked.

"We want to keep it." (F/N) replied.

"Alright! Let's get started. I'll get a nurse in for the scan right away!" The doctor said while walking out. 

"Are you ready to see our baby for the first time?" I asked (F/N) while looking over at her.

"More ready than I'll ever be."  She said with a sigh.

"Hello. My name is Emi and I will be your nurse throughout your pregnancy." A nurse said as she walked through the door.

-Time Skip to Practice-

Your POV

Kei and I walked into practice a little late because the checkup took longer than usual.

"Sorry we're late! We were somewhere that took longer than it was supposed to!" I said as we walked through the doors.

"It's fine, just don't let it happen again." Daichi said.

-A Few Minutes Into Practice-

The team was practicing while Kiyoko and I were sitting and taking notes and trying to figure out ways to help them improve. I suddenly heard Tadashi's voice "Hey Tsukki, you drop- what the heck?" I looked up and saw Kei snatch it from his hands. I got up and walked over.

"Kei, what was it?" I asked. Kei gave me it and I was it was the sonogram pictures from today.

"Oh my god Kei why didn't you leave them at home?" I asked.
