                  *laurens pov*                                                I was moving to Toronto now my dream place in Canada and I was really pleased with that I was extremely excited about leaving but I was kinda sad because I had to leave Taylor (shout out to taylor <3) my best friend I knew her since we were little and she was the only friend that I had. im not really popular. In fact I get bullied alot. I thought taylor had forgotten about me because she didn't show up at the airport like she said she would . but then a big poster saying "I MISS YOU ALREADY-TAYLOR" was in front of me with taylors head peeping out the side just showing her hair ,forehead and eyes . She dropped the sign and came sprinting across to me , I immediately started crying. Then I heard "the gates to flight 2345 to toronto will close in 5 minutes . Taylor and I hugged for approximately 3 minutes . "last call for flight 2345 " I gotta go taylor :'( I sniffled I'll skype , snapchat , call and text you everyday!! I couldn't hold back the tears . but I walked throught the gates along side my mom .. you ok lauren ? she asked . I looked up "yeah" we got on the plane and I fell asleep on the way .I woke up as a baby who was put beside me started crying . I love kids but I was really tired . I was wide awake so I just threw on my music on my phone with my earphones and put it on full blast . everyone got off their seats I presumed we were there , I took out my earphones and decided to look out the window at my new home . my mom and I walked off the plane and got a taxi to our new house

The house was huge I couldn't contain the excitement. I walked inside and found a huge banister next to a huge flight of stairs I looked around and found six doors on the ground floor after going through the kitchen I decided to go up the stairs and explore the bedrooms so I walked up and directly in front of me was a huge bathroom and on my left side 3 doors and on my right 4 doors I gasped ^^it was just me and my mum and we had a seven bedroom house in the middle of Toronto I was feeling so blessed to be in my dream place without thought I ran downstairs and ran outside the back door with led me to a giant garden filled with lovely flowers and plants . I heard the birds singing and I listened carefully and I heard a beautiful voice coming from the garden next door it was one of our neighbours . I peeked over the white fence and saw a boy just around my age playing the guitar and humming the words to a song . just then he saw me looking at him and he smiled and got up and came over to the fence in front of me

*unknown person: hey im shawn you must be our new neighbours !

*me: hey im lauren yeah we just moved in there

*shawn: cool! we should hang out sometime ! whats your number?

*me: 0873456789 random number

*shawn: you wanna go to Starbucks later on and we can get to know each other a little better?

*me: yeah sure what time ?

*shawn : um ? will we say 4?

*me: ya sure I'll text you later

*shawn: um you wanna hang out now ?

*me: uh I gotta unpack unless you want to help me?

*shawn : I'll be glad to!

I turned around and looked at the window  and back at shawn "come around to the front door and I'll open it for you , i said theres a gate at the end of the garden to get into my back garden I will just come in through there . shawn suggested ,
