I recall the day I woke up from a nightmare,
My body trembling and the sound of my quivers filling the room,
The horrendous scene from the dream playing in my mind ...
Your hands immediately reached for me ,
Hugging me close to you , your hand caressing my back,
In a soothing movement,
Your whispers in my ear,
Telling me it's going to be okay,
Your voice at that moment ,
Was mellifluous .
