laugh until it hurts or you'll cry. either by being with a funny person, or watching a comedy movie, or filming yourself doing something weird and funny and then watching it, or by putting on a funny vine compilation, or by watching funny videos on youtube.

well, at least try. do all of those things that i just listed and at least try to laugh.
