Grain trudged across the cold stones. He was headed to the Great Ice Cliff. He was supposed to meet up with an Icewing to discuss trade routes.
Snow pounded over Grain's sand-coloured talons. His scorpion tail felt as if it was a block of ice.
Legend has it, that the Nightwing animus: Smokeseer,
disabled the Great Ice Cliff.
Grain shivered. But apparently they still had something protecting the barrier.
Suddenly, huge blue talons wrapped around him and pulled Grain fowards.
