"I think it is safe to assume that nobody wants her going to that school again." My papa said after informing my dad what took place earlier. I held back from any kind of refusal because even I didn't want to have to show my face there again.

"Oh,honey." Dad took me into his arms,he buried his face in my neck and I hugged him back. I could basically feel his despair.

"And I pulled some strings to get us out of here sooner rather than later." I looked up to my papa whose pale brown eyes were watching my dad and I. Andrew was in his lap, frowning. "I suggest we all start packing."

I nodded and headed to my room. I had your typical teenage bedroom. It was messy and full of junk which I felt held sentimental value in one way or another.

I had posters up of bands, artists and movies I love. I had a theme of pale blue and purple. I knew the only way I would get through it was music, so, I placed a mix CD of songs I love into my small stereo.

Thunder came on as I began sorting through everything and putting them in boxes I brought up. I was singing along and bobbing my head. I couldn't help think of how this new start would be. I wondered what friends I could make. I bit my lip as I wondered if I could manage a boyfriend or girlfriend but stopped myself. Let me run before I can fly.

Soon Andrew came to join me. He was no help. He claimed to be helping but he obviously wasn't. As soon as I put something in a box,he'd take it,examine it then leave it on the floor.

"Andrew!" I whined as I looked at how much messier he seemed to make my progress. He giggled and put his hands on his hips.

"What?" He played innocent. I pointed to the door with a pout.

"Out please."

"But I'm helping!" He took something out of the box,a photo of my parents, the Alpha of our pack who happens to be my uncle and Andrew and I along with their daughter. Andrew smiled and put it on the desk. "See?" I frowned at him.

"The purpose is to pack so we can leave." He made a duck face in thought.

"But...I don't want to leave." My frown deepened.

"Don't you want to go to an actual school? Make friends?" He shrugged.

"I don't think I'll go." He sat down then looking so lost. "I'm very bad,Ahreane, very very bad." I crawled towards him and touched his arm.

"No,you are not." He looked at me his eyes wide.

"I make people sick, very bad. It will be just the same." He said and I was surprised at how much older he sounded.

"Well, papa and dad are helping you control it,right? So if you keep practising, you will be able to go." He sighed deeply and nodded.

"Okay," I smiled as he stood and kissed my cheek before heading out.

"What happened to helping?" I asked amused and he turned and looked around.

"You have it under control." He nods affirmatively and closes the door. I chuckle and look around feeling tired even though the music was pumped.

Hours later I managed to pack my posters, CD's because they are my life and my clothes mostly and as I lay in the floor, gazing at my LED light covered ceiling someone I haven't seen in forever pops into vision.

Her forest green eyes were staring into my pale blue eyes with specks of brown. I jumped up, successfully bumping into her forehead. She sighed but didn't flinch.

"Ow," she said dully as though it didn't actually hurt but she understands that it should. I groaned and kept from crying at the pain which radiated through my forehead.

"I'm sure I sustained the most injuries here." I chuckled sitting up to see my favourite and only cousin, René,daughter to my uncle William and his mate Troye. She had forest green eyes and midnight black hair. She was absolutely gorgeous with a model body and a fat ass. She was a very serious person and hardly showed any emotion besides boredom. Her eyes though were very expressive.

"You will be fine." She rolled her eyes.

"You forget," I groaned trying not to move because a headache was forming. "I don't heal the same." She shrugged and stood. She wore black shorts and a black oversized shirt with no shoes, which she hated. She loved black.

"So,I hear your moving." I sighed having expected this.

"You heard right." She nods while moving around my room.

"I also hear you were bullied." She turns to look at me,assessing my reaction. I flinched. "Names." She demanded of me and I frowned.

"Why?" I gave her a suspicious look.

"So I can be their BFF's,why else?" She said sarcastically her face still devoid of any indication of it being a joke, her eyes though, blazed with anger.

"René," I sighed and she clicked her tongue and shook her head.

"You know, if you came to my school, non of this would not be happening." I gave her a dead look. "You know I'm right."

"But everyone would treat me like I'm below them."

"No, they would give you the respect you deserve. That human school treated you like you are below them." She was angry, her eyes went from forest green to a dangerous black.

"I'm sorry," my voice was low as I said it,bowing my head. She huffed and blinked rapidly.

"I don't want your apology. I want a promise." She turned of the music then. I tilted my head, guilt eating at me. "Never forget me,the pack. Your family is here and you will not forget them." She stated coming to kneel in front of me on the floor. We were then at eye level. "You will text everyday and call about your day and any sign of trouble." She took a deep breath,"you come back here and stay in the pack and be homeschooled for all I care, just right beside me,forever."

"René," my voice was low,the promise was very heavy and considering how I never break my promises I knew it was trouble.

"Promise," she growled, her pinkie up and I sighed taking hold of it with my own.

"I promise," in a way,the air around us picked up a little and I couldn't help look around us with furrowed brows. René graced me with one of her dazzling and rare smiles.

"Good, now,my dads brought pizza." She stood and walked straight for the door as I hung my head. I hoped against all odds that school in Canada would be great. If anything, I could feel that it would be great. Weird right?

I stood and made my way down where my uncles were warm with their greetings. Uncle William had picked me up in his arms making me feel incredibly tiny and I rolled my eyes at the handsome man. I ruffled his black hair while I was in his arms which made him laugh, his midnight blue eyes bright and happy.

Uncle Troye, his mate, smirked at me,he was wearing large red glasses which his hid amazing forest green eyes. He only nodded at me and ruffled my hair. He was a bookworm and often didn't communicate unless he felt he needed too. He mostly spoke because uncle William could be very annoying.

Andrew was being entertained by papa who drew a unicorn and waved his hand over the blue and red drawing. It came to life, neighing and galloping all around us as we ate. Okay,he entertained all of us. René was fascinated, unable to keep her eyes off the magical thing as it ran. She was on her fifth slice of pizza. She has quite the appetite.

Then Andrew raised his hand as the unicorn came into his hand galloping and stomping his feet, then as Andrew stuck his tongue out,the papered unicorn caught fire. We all froze then as the unicorn neighed and rose while turning to ash. When it died out we all looked to Andrew who blushed.

"Sorry." He said burying his face into dad's neck. The people all around laughed and clapped.

"Looks like you've got a complete copy of yourself,Ezra." Troye commented and my papa laughed.

"Looks like." I looked down at my plate feeling rather sad. Why couldn't I do cool things like make people sick and manipulate fire or water or something? I felt so cheated. Why did my little brother have to have everything? What about me? Oh,I shape shifted and look like anyone I want, however I want. Big deal. It didn't keep me safe, not when the moment counts. I sighed, I needed to think more positively.
