Chapter 10.

I was sitting in my room brusing my hair and Getting ready to go to sleep. I saw sirens and heard noise outside the house.
I heard a car start outside the house.
I looked out of the window and saw Kells car lights on.

I ran out of my room into the window. I didnt see Kells anywhere so I locked the window.
I ran to the door but as I opened it Kells an inside

He took my hand pulling me upstairs

"Kells!!"
I yealled

"Daniela we gotta go"
He said pulling me agressively

"Stop!! Whats going on"
I said

"Theres cops outside my house. We need to leave"
He said

"What did you do!?"
I asked

He looked at me for long

"We dont have time! Just come"
He said

"Ms. Hill?"
I heard outside the house

Suddenly someone rushed in. There were 4 cops running to me.

"Where did he go?"
They asked

I was so confused I couldnt get a word out of my mouth

"I dont.."
I said

"Protecting him doesnt help the situation. Colson has been claimed for a rape attempt and stalking. Its serious"
They said

I looked behind me and saw two cops taking Kells away

"Daniela! Tell them im innocent!!"
He yealled

"Dont listen"
One of the cops said taking me to the other way

"Hes full of shit"
They said taking me to the car

"We need to take you to answer a few questions about Baker before you can go"
He said

I saw Rook outside their house talking to officers.

"Rook!!"
I yealled

"Daniela"
He said coming to me

"We need to go now"
The police said moving me into the car

I looked at Rook

I was taken to the police station.

I had to wait in the lobby with a few cops until I had to go.

They took me to a room with a mirror, a recorder a few bags with familiar stuff inside them. A picture of me and Kells together and a police officer

"Ms. Hill?"
He asked shaking my hand

"John smith"
He said

"for simple and unavoidable reasons I have gotten an order to record our conversation"
He said putting the recorder on

"I think you already know why youre here?"
He asked

"I dont actually.. Im still a bit confused"
I said

"Your boyfriend, Colson Baker. Has been blamed for a possible rape and stalking that according to a young man, Rook, Johnny Cappelletty claimed."
He said going through papers

"What? It must be wrong. Colson didnt rape me"
I said

"I said a possible rape. You seem to know more about this. Would you please tell me a little bit about this Colson guy? And Rook too"
He asked

"It dont know him"
I said

"You know lying to us has serious aftermaths. Start again"
He said

I sighed

"Colson and I were close friends. He invited me over to a party where I met Rook."
I said

"Please carry on"

"I almost got raped, but Rook got there on time before anything happened"

"Where was Colson at the time of the rape?"
He asked

"I... Dont know"
I said

"Is this familiar to you?"
He asked taking out a small notebook

"No"

"Would you like me to read a bit for you?"
He asked

"yes. Please"

"Day 3. I have done some research about Daniela. I looked through her facebook site and everything I could find. I wanna know everything"
He read

"Is that..?"
I asked

"Colsons.. yes"
He said

"Carry on"

"Day 4. I attacked Daniela in the hopes of..... But Rook came there before I could eaven get started.. "
He read

I was shocked. So Kells had been stalking me

"We have plenty of other evidences of stalking but.. its too raw for you"
He said

"No. I want to know as much as possible"
I said

"Colson has a closet full of pictures of you. Sleeping. He took pictures when you were in the shower. He was in your house while you showered. He talks by himself sometimes. Puts words in your mouth. He talks sick shit. He has these fantasies about you"
He said

"I think its enough for now. Could I see Kels please?"
I asked standing up

"ms Hill, could you please sit down. Were not done yet"
He asked

"But I am"
I said

"I want to go now. Please. Well continue tomorrow"
I said going to the door and leaving.

A cop came with me and walked me through the hallway

I was walking through the hallway when I saw Kells sitting on the bench in hand cuffs tight and three cops surrounding him with one pistol on the cops hand.

"Kells"
I said

"Daniela!"
He yealled

The cop with a gun put it against Kells chest.
Kells looked down

The cops took me away to the door. I was looking at Kells but he was looking on the ground
