For anyone that missed my last authors note, this story was once called Bel Air. It is now being rewritten with a different plot and characters (which you can read about in the new description). This story is actually very loosely based upon the film Schindler's List, which I'm sure many of you have seen.
Before someone comments on this later, I am going to try to leave some ambiguity to details of this story—for example the concentration camp and city that they're in—in order to stress that the plot is completely fictional. But despite this, i know how important historical accuracy is and i'm going to do my absolute best to remain precise in terms of the treatment of jewish people at concentration camps and during this time period as well the pain and struggle they were forced to endure. i have done my fair share of research on the holocaust and I've taken yearlong courses on it, but i'm always open to corrections if i'm wrong on something so please don't hesitate to message me!
