Tokyo traffic is as busy as anything at night.

But in the mist of the lights, running engines and

Cocktail of a million sounds and events happening

Simultaneously in the city-My world stood still.I was stopped at a red light when I saw her.

We seemed to have looked at each other at the exact same time, such that either of us could have asked the other, "why are you looking at me."

An invisible string held us in our stare; a startled affection that warmed my heart more than my body. She wore a blue tight dress and a white coat but it didn't stop her from looking modest.

Her dark brown skin glowed with pride, her alluding face in clear view as her hair was in a messy, neat bun and I couldn't help but wonder what her world was like:

What made her laugh? How does it sound? Does she have a thing for old school movies like me? Where does she live? Where is coming from? What's her name?

Our eyes didn't move form each other and I wondered what she was thinking, where the same questions swimming in her head?A slight smile spread across her face.

Wow.The car behind me hooted, the lights had turned green and I drove off, stripped from my 10 seconds of something unexplainable.
