27. Merry Christmas - 2

It was now Nandini's turn to open the gifts, Manik placed all her gifts infront of her including the stuff from her stocking.
Nandini took the first gift that was from the stocking and unwarpped it, while Manik was just admiring the love of his life, he was enjoying the change of her expressions every second.
Maannikk! This is so cute!
Nandini exclaimed admiring the platinum chain and heart shaped locket that Manik got for her.
It even opens up.
Manik told her as he gently squeezed the locket. Nandini's eyes shined finding her's and Manik's photo on the two sides of the locket.
You like it?
Manik asked as Nandini nodded.
Ok then, time for the next gift.
Manik took the chain from her and placed it back after putting it back in the box.
Nandini opened another small box to find a cute little teddy bear key chain .
OMG this is so cute!
Nandini was caressing the little teddy as Manik smiled, she then placed the teddy aside and opened another small gift, it was reflectors, the one that Nandini liked in the mall but because Manik wasn't with her she didn't buy it.
How did you know that I wanted this?
Nandini asked shocked as Manik smiled.
I saw you looking at it and then leaving without buying it so I got it for you.
Manik explained as Nandini quickly kissed his cheek and opened the last gift from the stocking.
Nandini opened the black box only to find various cards, she then one by one read them as her smile got bigger and bigger.
You got me so many gift cards!
Nandini asked looking at Manik wide eyes as he nodded as she hugged him tight.
Madam you still have various gifts to open.
Manik reminded her as she broke the hug pouting as she started opening on the of the big boxes.
Are you serious?
Nandini couldn't believe her eyes as she looked at Manik who nodded his head smiling.
You seriously got me the Apple watch! I was just joking back then!
Nandini always wanted an Apple watch but she wanted to buy it from her own money and that was the reason why she never shared it with anyone, but one day she told it to Manik by mistake and today she owns that watch and her husband gifted it to her.
Stop thinking baby, open the next gift.
Nandini nodded as she opened the next gift only to find a wireless charger in it.
Manik I can't use it, you know that my phone doesn't support it.
Nandini told him sadly as he smirked which made her confused, slowly after sometime , something triggered her brain as she immediately opened the next gift only to find a white iPhone X.
I told you not to get this for me but you still did.
Nandini was serious now which made Manik tensed.
And now I am happy that you did!
Nandini was smiling as she immediately opened the phone package and pulled out her brand new iPhone X.

Manik look it snowing!
Nandini exclaimed as she looked out of the window.
Well that's a perfect end to Christmas.
Manik said as he back hugged Nandini nuzzling her neck as she giggled.
You know what Manik, this was the best Christmas I have celebrated till date.
Nandini told him as she turned to look at him as she wrapped her arms around his neck while he held her by her waist.
You know what Nandini, I love you!
Manik confessed as he placed is lips on her's for a passionate kiss.

Why the hell are you meeting Sahil?
Abhay asked Madhyam who was in the police station to meet Sahil.
He is my friend so I am here to meet him, what's the big deal in that.
Madhyam shrugged as he made his way towards Sahil's cell.

Abhay told a constable as he nodded and left.

Abhay asked the inspector as he nodded and took him to a room.

It had been 5 minutes but still they didn't get any clue from their conversation but suddenly Abhay noticed something.
Rewind the recording by 55 seconds.
Ajit reminded the recording by 55 seconds following Abhay's orders.
Damn they are talking in a code language!
Abhay was frustrated, as he kicked the nearby wall.
I need a full copy of their entire conversation whenever they are done.
Abhay ordered and left as Ajit nodded.

Manik let's go sledging tomorrow.
Nandini requested as they lyed in bed in eachother's arms.
Why sledging? We can go ice skating.
Manik said playing with her fingers.
What about we do both?
Nandini asked cutely as Manik nodded and kissed her forehead.

Small update? Sorry guys but I don't know why but my brain is not working, I had so many plans but I am not able to write any of it perfectly. So please bare with this part, and maybe I'll wrapup this story in 6-8 updates.

It's still not confirm if I will definitely do it but 55% yes I'll end this story in next few updates.
