Chapter XXII: Wrath of Snoke

The room was quiet, Jacen was still standing before him, as he was still sitting on his throne. He looked past his scarred face and looked at his cold blue eyes staring at him, pretty rare for a Dark Side user. Jacen never really saw the Supreme Leader, nor did he know who he is, but that's the mystery behind it all, no one knew who he was. Jacen's lightsaber just layed there on Snoke's armrest, with his pale fingers nearly touching the hilt.

"I've been looking forward...to this..." Said Snoke.

"I bet you have." Said Jacen.

"The son of Skywalker, the son of the last Jedi." Snoke exclaimed. "Yes...I sense that mighty Skywalker blood boiling within you." Said Snoke. "But I wonder...why weren't you Force Sensitive before?"

"I can't explain it." Said Jacen.

"Of course, you don't have all the answers." Said Snoke. "Such Power you possess...finally unleashed...and yet, how foolish of me...to take it away from you...since the day you were born..." Snoke exclaimed as Jacen's eyes widened a little, Snoke was the reason why he couldn't use the Force. It was no wonder he wasn't Force Sensitive, Snoke has been tampering with it. "I figured if I took it away, I would turn you...make you jealous of everyone's power...and yet it backfired...and then...I saw someone worthy enough...to help me rule the galaxy." Snoke explained, leaning closer to Jacen.

"Ben." Said Jacen, finally putting the pieces together. "You never wanted him...You we're just using him...to turn me."

"Yes...and now, with the powers I've restored to you, I sense the darkness spinning inside you...use it..." Said Snoke, as Jacen takes a deep breath and began to search his feelings.

"You're wrong." Said Jacen, as Snoke's smile slowly fades away. "You'll never turn me. I have no intention for more power, and I don't care. Make me stronger, weaker, light, dark, it won't matter. I know who I am."

"Hmm...Then it as I feared." Said Snoke, sitting back towards his throne, as he then lifts one of his fingers. "You no longer need those." Said Snoke as Jacen's handcuffs unlock from his wrists as they fall to the ground. Jacen was confused, why would Snoke want to free Jacen from his cuffs? He knows he could force pull the lightsaber and try to strike him down at any time, but why?

They stood in the elevator as they kept looking at the door. Rey's hands were cuffed to each other, unable to unlock them. Kylo stood by the wall, holding her lightsaber, waiting to get to the throne room.

"You don't have to do this." She spoke. "I feel the conflict in you, it's tearing you apart." Rey continued, as Kylo kept looking at the doors of the elevator, just waiting for the elevator to stop. "Ben." She said his name, startling him a little bit, knowing that she hasn't said his name before, at least not around his presence. "When we touched hands I saw your future, just a shape of it, but solid and clear!" Said Rey as she then walked closer to him. "You will not bow before Snoke." She exclaimed, as she looks into his eyes, just as he was looking into hers. "You'll turn...I'll help you. I saw it." Said Rey quietly.

"I saw something too." Said Kylo, but it wasn't what Rey saw, it was something else. "Because of what I saw, I know when the moment comes you'll be the one to turn. You'll stand with me." Said Kylo, as Rey starts feeling confused. The Force showed them different images of the future. "Rey, I saw who your parents are." He said as Rey stepped back, unsure if what he just said was true. The elevator door opens, revealing Snoke's throne room, with Jacen standing next to him. Kylo then grabs her wrist and takes her across the bridge way and brings her at least far near to him.

"Well done, my good and faithful apprentice!" Snoke exclaimed, as Kylo then bows to the floor, kneeling before his master. "My faith in you, is restored." He said.
